1998 – Ruslan Moldabekov starts grain business with the future co-team in Kokshetau, Northern Kazakhstan.

April 2nd, 1999 – Agrofirm EXIMNAN LLP was founded.

March 2000 – Astana office was opened.

October 8th, 2004 – JSC "Holding KAZEXPORTASTYK" was created through reorganization of LLP "EXIMNAN"

2006 - placement of bonds at Kaz Stock Exchange.

May 16, 2008 – KEA acquired a grain terminal in the port (Kherson, Ukraine) and became an international company.

2008 - Kzyltu Inland Terminal and Flour Mill was acquired and "Astyk-Service-KEA" - a subsidiary for distribution of iagricultural nputs was founded.

2010 - acquisition of two agrofirms: "Agrofirm Kzyltu-NAN" & "Taiynsha-Astyk"
