February 3, 2010 – LLP “Agrofirm Kzyltu-NAN” (CEO – Mr. Kenzhebay Kashayev) and LLP “Taiynsha Astyk” (CEO – Mr. Anatoliy Rafalskiy) were acquired by the group of companies JSC “Holding KAZEXPORTASTYK”. These companies are large scale agricompanies, which produce and process different agriproducts. Total area of these two companies is more 370 thousands Ha. Both agrofirms use modern agrimachinery and tillage technology. In addition “Taiynsha-Astyk” ranches pedigree cattle of meet breed Kazakh white-headed and dairy cattle of Canadian Holstein.
